You're pregnant and the anxiety arrived before the baby did. Fear of what's coming, questions about who you're becoming, a life that feels bigger and more uncertain than you expected. This part doesn't come with a guide.
For women navigating the changes,
emotional weight of modern life, motherhood, and identity
You became a mother and somewhere in the joy, you lost track of yourself. You love your baby, and you're not okay, and you don't know how to say that out loud.
You are a full-time professional and, in most hours outside of it, a full-time mother. Quietly overwhelmed. You feel like you should be handling it all and, somehow, you mostly do. But keeping up isn't the same as being okay.
You have a demanding career and you're good at it. On the surface, everything is in order. But anxiety has been running underneath all of it for longer than you can remember, and burnout isn't something you can keep pushing through. You function well and feel terrible, and you've gotten very good at the distance between those two things.
You and your partner love each other, but something has shifted. You're managing a household, not building a life together. The same fights keep happening and neither of you knows how to stop.
If you recognized yourself in any of that, this practice was built for you.

-
Attend your first appointment
All that's left is either logging into your portal for a telehealth session or meeting in-person at the office. The intake appointment is all about getting the most comprehensive picture of you and what brings you to therapy.
