This is one-on-one sessions where I work to understand the whole you and what brought you into therapy, helping you identifying your goals and provide guidance and direction. This can either be short-term or long-term to address issues such as:
- Daily stressors
- Abrupt life changes and transitions
- Burnout
- Self-esteem
- Relationship issues
- Working through breaking maladaptive patterns
- Anxiety
- Postpartum anxiety and depression

Couples
The client in the room here is the relationship. My role is to help you both navigate what your goal(s) are and provide insight, direction and guidance to help you get there. This can either be short-term or long-term to address issues such as:
- Communication issues
- Understanding attachment styles
- Intimacy and infidelity
- Healthy conflict management
- Navigating family dynamics
- Transitions to growth of family
- Major life stressors
- Navigating amicable divorce
